[Reducing Stress and Raising Productivity]
The exclusive use for animal, 'Bio MC Square' Rural Development Administration
The animal stabilization program (product name Bio MC Square), which reduces the stress of animals such as cows, pigs and chickens through sound source, the rhythm of sound, and enhances the productivity, is developed.
Stock breeding research institute (Chief Sang Ki Yoon) of Rural Development Adminstration and Daeyang E&C (Chairman Joon Uk Lee) developed the system in joint and applied for a patent. Also on 7th trail performance and exhibition was held in Grand Intercontinental Hotel in Sam Sung Dong.
The developed system is consisted of 'Vital Mode', which stimulates forage intake, 'Relax Mode', which induces relaxation, 'Sleeping Mode', which urges sleeping. After applying the relief system to breeding chicken, the death rate is reduced to 0.8% from 3.3% of existing breeding method since the dissipation activities such as internal order dispute after certain period of time. Also it promotes egg laying and it make early egg laying possible so the rate of breeding is increased about 8.3% and the quality of eggs, which were laid from chickens that heard sound source is enhanced since their blood spots are decreased as explained stock breeding research institute.
Chairman Joon Uk Lee of Daeyang E&C, producing products based on sound source technology developed with stock breeding research institute, announced "Stresses occurred in animal breeding process are the factors that decrease the productivity of animals." and "The developed system can be a help to increase the competence of poultry farm houses."
